気象条件の悪化、交通機関の運休等による杉本図書館の開閉館について/Opening and Closing of Sugimoto Library Due to Severe Weather or Transportation Disruptions
杉本図書館は、以下の1から3いずれかの状況が発生した場合、臨時で閉館します。
その他、自然災害等による避難情報の発表や、本学杉本キャンパスの授業休講状況によっても、別段の決定を行うことがあります。
1.大阪市を含む地域に暴風(暴風雪)警報、または特別警報が発令された場合
2.次の交通機関のいずれかが運休(事故等による一時的な運行停止を除く)を行った場合
計画運休や運休見通し情報が発表された際も、その内容に基づいて、事前に閉館とする場合があります。
・JR阪和線全線
・JR大阪環状線全線およびOsaka Metro御堂筋線全線が同時
3.大阪市を含む地域で震度5強以上の地震が観測された場合
地震発生の翌日以降は、災害状況等を考慮の上、閉館の継続について判断します。
震度5強未満の場合や近隣地域で発生した場合は、館内の状況や交通機関の運行状況に応じて対応します。
上記1および2の場合は、警報解除・運行再開の時刻により開館時間、終日閉館の判断を行います。(別表参照)
ただし、土曜日・日曜日については、前日の状況等に基づいて、事前に終日閉館の判断をすることがあります。

＊開館中に警報が発令された場合等は、ご利用中の皆様が安全に退館された後、閉館します。
＊図書館内で遠隔授業を受講されている方も、係員の指示に従ってください。
＊状況によっては、警報発令や運休の有無にかかわらず別段の決定を行うことがあります。
＊台風の影響が予想される場合には、天気予報や警報情報にご注意ください。
＊臨時休館の際は、当日が返却期日となっている貸出図書の期限を延長します(延長処理は後日となることもあります)。
無理なご来館は控え、安全を確保なさるようお願いします。
Opening and Closing of Sugimoto Library Due to Severe Weather or Transportation Disruptions
Sugimoto Library will temporarily close if any of the following conditions (1–3) occur.
Additional decisions may also be made based on evacuation advisories due to natural disasters or class cancellations at the Sugimoto Campus.
1. When a storm (or blizzard) warning or special warning is issued for areas including Osaka City.
2. When any of the following transportation services are suspended (excluding temporary suspensions due to accidents):
・All lines of JR Hanwa Line
・All lines of JR Osaka Loop Line and all Osaka Metro lines simultaneously
Note: If planned suspensions or advance notices are announced, the library may close in advance accordingly.
3. When an earthquake of seismic intensity 5 upper or higher is observed in areas including Osaka City.
From the following day onward, continued closure will be decided based on the disaster situation.
If the intensity is below 5 upper or occurs nearby, responses will depend on library conditions and transportation status.
For cases 1 and 2, opening times or full-day closure will be determined based on when warnings are lifted or services resume.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the library may decide in advance to remain closed depending on the previous day's conditions.

＊If a warning is issued while the library is open, it will close after ensuring all users leave safely
＊Users attending remote classes must follow staff instructions
＊Decisions may change regardless of warnings or suspensions depending on circumstances.
＊When a typhoon is expected, pay attention to forecasts and warnings
＊Borrowed materials due on a closure day will have their deadlines extended.
